BIANCA EGLINTON
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I’m Bianca, award-winning Creative Director at BMB, where I have been heading up accounts, including Breast Cancer Now and Samsung, for the past five years.
I have over 12 years’ agency experience; making, creating and writing for high profile brands, working across social content and above the line.
My journey to Creative Director was fairly unconventional, having started my career at McCann PR at the time when the company won their first social account and a panicked account team asked “Does anyone know how to Facebook?”
It turns out I did know how to Facebook... and Instagram, and eventually Snapchat and TikTok too. Honing my digital content skills laid a fantastic foundation for my creativity and allows me to approach briefs in a fresh way, considering more than just the traditional solutions to a client’s needs.

I have experience creating global, regional and local campaigns for a wide range of sectors, including tech, FMCG, automotive, travel/tourism, finance and charity.
Clients have included Samsung, Domino’s, Jaguar Land Rover, Icelandair, Inspired by Iceland, Nationwide Building Society, LinkedIn and Breast Cancer Now.
Outside of work, I can most commonly be found at the theatre, and I make an annual pilgrimage to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe every August, for my top-up on arts and culture (and weird shows in the leaky cave-like basements of bars).
I also starred in one episode of The Bill when I was young and was an extra in two Harry Potter films. But I don’t like to talk about that and have in no way been dining out on it ever since.
